How do I reset my password?

To reset your password click on the ‘Forgot password’ link and insert your email address. You will receive an email with a link that you are able to click on in order to set a new password.

How do I log in?

To login, click on the app icon on your device, insert the email address that your account was registered with and your password.

I didn’t receive the invite email, what should I do?

Firstly, please double check that it hasn’t gone into your spam folder. If you don’t find it there, contact your adviser and they will be able to resend the invite.

My valuation is incorrect

If you think your valuation is incorrect please contact your financial adviser.

My risk profile is incorrect

If you think your risk profile is incorrect please contact your financial adviser.

How do I send a message to my adviser from the app?

At the moment you are not able to send messages to your adviser, this feature is coming soon.

How do I upload a document?

At the moment you are not able to upload documents to the app, this feature is coming soon.

How secure is my data in the app?

Your data is securely managed and protected by Dynamic Planner, the company that created the app. You can view certain aspects of this data via the app. Rest assured, none of your data is stored on your device. Additionally, our security measures have been independently verified through an external review.

How do I enable biometric login?

You are able to enable biometrics as part of the registration process. If you opt not to do this, you are able to enable it any time in your account settings, which you can access by clicking on the settings icon in the right hand corner of your app.

If you don’t see any articles, it would be worth contacting your adviser and asking them to check if they have assigned articles to you.
